Founded in 1994, the Fukuoka-born stationery and lifestyle brand Penco has spent many years cultivating it’s fanbase around the world. Beginning with a simple ballpoint pen modelled after vintage American diner pens; the Penco Biro-Graph (which comes in a multitude of colors); Penco has grown to encompass a massive selection of simple, retro-chic stationery ranging from little paperclips to various sizes of clipboards to console boxes and even more pens.
Established by two friends – a surfer and a design aficionado – Penco merges both good design and a simple, old-fashioned sensibilities to create products that we love, and grow to love even more with age. And we’re constantly figuring out new ways to use our Penco things.
From Penco’s mini-measuring tapes that come in gorgeous ivory to a deep navy, to it’s stacking storage containers (we’re in love with the green!); Penco brings a fresh and youthful dash of vintage style to our everyday lives. And while we’ve been using our large Carry-Tites to carry notebooks and tablets; we’ve also been guilty of styling it as a clutch! Penco products have a multitude of uses and it just takes a little imagination to find them.
