How is my order shipped?

We are using City-link for domestic order and Express Courier for International order.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Kindly allowed 2-5 business days for domestic shipment and 7-14 days for International shipment

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship orders worldwide however Ninth Gallery is not responsible to any potential custom duty that impose on the order.

How do I track my orders?

Tracking numbers are sent via email. You can track your parcel at (domestic) or at our International courier partners.

How do I place my order?

You may place your order by clicking “Check Out” and the website will link you to our payment gateway (eGHL & Paypal).

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive order confirmation via email that you registered with the website

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Paypal & credit card payment. All of your personal data and information are protected and will NOT be shared to any 3rd party. If you would like to pay via Bank transfer, kindly contact our customer service.

Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?

You will need to provide your basic contact information during checkout.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

I live in Malaysia, can I pick up my order at your shop?

Yes. You may select “pick up at store” during check out and collect your items at the address below:

I received a damage item, what should I do?

Please email to us with the details:

  • The item’s name with a photo that can prove your item is damage
  • Your personal information
  • Photo of the original receipt

We will get back to you as quickly as we can. The shipping fees are included.

What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number and information regarding the product(s)

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Out of stock” is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible. You can have 2 options, either replace with other same value items or request refund for the item.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

We charge a flat rate at RM6. If your order has more than 1 item, please leave us a note should you need to wrap each item separately (If there is no further instruction, we will gather all items in one box).

Return Policy

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely! We do not share your personal information with third party.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order and what is the cancellation policy?

Yes, within 12 hours of your purchase.
NOTE: A 2% transaction fee will be applied for order cancellation.
For example, total order + shipping is RM 400, refund will be RM 392 after a deduction of 2% transaction fees.

What is your return Policy?

Item(s) that are damage must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt
For exchange if its come with its original receipt.

For item defects please contact the customer service for exchange.

Can I return my things if I am not satisfying?

All sales are FINAL except defect items.
